HOW TO DEPOSIT
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
To sign up and deposit funds to WEEX Exchange, follow these steps:
Sign-up
1. Create an Account
❗ IMPORTANT: each school has their own sign-up link
Click on one of the links below for the school you are wanting to unlock with a Weex Exchange account:
Sniper School:(Referral Code - oenl)
Whale School: (Referral Code - g0sw)
Fill in your email address or phone, create a strong password, and check the agreements box.
Click on the “Sign Up” button & complete the CAPTCHA puzzle
2. Verify your email
Verify your email address through the verification link sent to your email.
Add the verification code and continue to your account.
Deposit Funds
Only crypto deposits are supported on desktop and fiat deposits are limited via the Weex mobile app and also depend on your region - we recommend using crypto deposits for ease of sign-up.
Log In to Your Account: Enter your login credentials to access your Weex account.
Navigate to the Deposit Section:
On the homepage click the DEPOSIT button or hover over your profile in the top right and click “Deposit”.
Select the Cryptocurrency:
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit from the list provided.
Generate a Deposit Address:
Click on the "Get Deposit Address" button for the selected cryptocurrency.
A unique deposit address / QR code will be generated for your account.
Transfer Funds to the Deposit Address:
Copy the deposit address.
Go to your external wallet or exchange where your funds are currently held.
Initiate a transfer to the copied Weex deposit address.
Ensure you double-check the address before confirming the transaction.
Wait for Confirmation:
The deposit will typically require several network confirmations before being credited to your Weex account.
You can check the status of your deposit in the "Deposit History" section lower down on the Deposit screen in your Weex account.
💡 Additional Tips
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For added security, enable 2FA in your account settings.
Check Fees and Limits: Be aware of any deposit fees and minimum/maximum deposit limits.
Trading: Start with small amounts until you're comfortable with the platform.
