On occasion, the version of the Crypto School platform could be outdated on the device and browser you are using. The best way to confirm this is not the cause of any problems being experienced is to clear your cache. Our Support Specialists might ask you to clear your cache and here's the guide on how to do so.
Clear your cache on your Desktop:
For Mac Users
In your browser press the following keys on your keyboard: Command + Shift + R
If this doesn't work - please try the browser-specific steps below:
Safari
Click Develop in the Safari menu bar
Select Empty Caches twice
Alternatively, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data to clear cookies and cache
Chrome
Click the Chrome menu icon (three vertical dots)
Select Delete browsing data
Choose the time range and select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files to clear
Firefox
Click Preferences
Click Privacy
Click Clear your recent history
Select Cache
Click Clear Now
Brave
Click the Brave menu icon (three horizontal lines)
Choose Delete Browsing Data > Clear Data
For Windows Users
In your browser press the following keys on your keyboard: Ctrl + Shift + R

Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the “Clear browsing data” window
Select Settings > Privacy and Security> Delete browsing data

Click Clear Browsing Data and Cookies
Select the ones you would like to clear

Clear your Cache on Mobile
For Android Users
To clear the cache on your Android browser, follow these steps:
Android Browser (e.g. Chrome, Android Browser)
Tap the Menu (three vertical dots)
Tap the Settings > Privacy option
Tap Delete Browser Data
Select all the options you would like to clear
Delete data
Clear Cache for Older Android Versions (Pre-Oreo)
Go to Settings
Tap Storage
Tap Devices (or similar)
Tap Cached data
Tap Clear Cached Data
Tap OK
For iPhone Users
To clear the cache on your iPhone browser, follow these steps:
Safari
Tap the Bookmarks icon (looks like an open book)
Tap Clear History and Website Data
Brave
Tap the 3 dots (Settings)
Tap History
Tap on the Trash icon
Tap Clear History
Chrome
Tap the 3 dots (Settings)
Tap Delete Browsing Data

💡 Tips
If clearing your cache didn't solve your problem, try one of the following steps:
Restart your browser or computer to ensure cache clear changes take effect
Log out and log back into your Crypto School account
Try open your Crypto School account in a different browser
Try open your Crypto School account in an incognito / private browser
