1. Chat Support

For support from one of our support specialists, you can use our chat feature available on our website or via the Help Center.

To start a chat session:

  1. Visit either

  3. Click "Contact support"

You can email our support team at [email protected]. Our team will aim to respond to your email as soon as possible.

Please include the following information to help us assist you more effectively:

  • The email address you have used to sign-up for Crypto School if different from the one you are contacting us from

  • The exchange you signed-up with

  • Your User ID (UID) for the exchange you signed-up with

  • The course your query relates to (e.g. Sniper School / Whale School etc.)

  • A detailed description of your issue or question

  • Any relevant screenshots or attachments

  • Device and/or browser specific-details
