What does your Verification Status mean?

  • Unlock Access: If your school status displays "Unlock Access," you need to create an exchange account using the provided referral information. This exchange account will grant you access to the course.

  • Access Pending: If you see "Access Pending," the UID you have provided is either not yet reflected or invalid. Please check back later or check the UID and try again.

  • Invalid UID: If you encounter "Invalid UID" in your school status, it indicates that the UID entered is incorrect or not associated with a valid referral. Ensure that the UID is linked correctly to the appropriate referral to resolve this issue.

  • Deposit Required: "Deposit Required" on your school status signifies that the UID is correctly linked to the school referral. However, the required deposit may not yet be reflected in your school account or the account hasn't been deposited yet.

  • Access Unlocked: When your school status shows "Access Unlocked," your account setup is complete, and you have full access to your school resources.
